Reasonably priced and comfortable housing is available on campus within a short walking distance of the meeting site. Housing and meals are sold as a package plan that includes five nights' lodging starting Sunday, 4 August, plus five breakfasts, four lunches, and three dinners (Sunday and Thursday dinners and Friday lunch not included). Meals are on an "all-you-wish-to-eat" self-service basis. For participants who plan to arrive earlier or stay later, additional on-campus housing may be reserved and purchased. Additional meals may be purchased separately at the cafeteria.

Each apartment has two bedrooms which are rented as:

Single Room with meal package (one room with one single bed and shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom): $343/person (additional nights excluding meals $48/person)

Double Room (one shared room with two single beds and shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom): $293/person including meal package (additional nights excluding meals $38/person)

Family Apartment (two-bedroom apartment with four single beds, private living room, kitchen, and bathroom, must have at least one child in attendance): $543/unit, including meal package for one person (additional nights excluding meals $88/unit)

The deadline for reserving a housing and meal package is 1 June. Registrations received after that date are subject to availability. Your confirmation letter will be mailed to you after your Registration Form has been processed. It includes a campus map showing the location of the housing check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOUSING AND MEAL PACKAGE
Full refunds of the housing and meal package are available by writing to Conference Services (address above) before 1 July. Refunds will be mailed after the meeting.
